Gender Equality

The Faculty actively supports the increase of the number of female employees on all levels of scientific positions.

In doing so, it particularly follows the “bei Stellenbesetzungen zu beachtende gleichbehandlungsrechtliche Vorgaben” (gender equality guidelines to be considered for staffing) of the University of Vienna.

The Faculty currently runs two projects to promote gender equality:

The Faculty developed in 2010 the following project, which has since then been provided successfully. In 2013 a university-wide pilot run began.
