The Culture and Equality unit invites female postdocs of the University of Vienna to apply for the mentoring program postdoc:muv. The career development program postdoc:muv for female postdoctoral researchers of all disciplines and faculties of the University of Vienna starts in March 2024. The program combines the three formats mentoring, group coaching, and training.

The program lasts three semesters and offers its participants the possibility to strategically plan their academic career, to enter individual fostering relationships, and to establish (peer) networks across disciplines. The combination of these formats into an innovative whole should help female scientists in their postdoc phase to face the varied requirements of a successful scientific career.

TARGET GROUP

Female postdoctoral researchers of the University of Vienna in all stages of the postdoc-phase and of all disciplines and faculties. Note: An employment contract with the University of Vienna is NOT a requirement for admission to the program.
