The FWF and its French partner organization ANR (Agence Nationale de la Recherche) announce their ninth call for joint French-Austrian research projects. Projects from all areas of scientific research are eligible. The call is organized in accordance with the “Lead Agency procedure”. This means that joint proposals must be submitted to ANR only. ANR in the sequel will carry out the review process.
Pre-registration:
In order to submit a proposal, applicants are required to pre-register their proposal at the ANR website by 27 October 2016, 13 hrs. The deadline for proposals will be in April 2017 and will be communicated at a later point. Austrian applicants must send the FWF forms and abstracts to FWF by the deadline at the latest. Please note that the ANR approval rate, which is below the FWF approval rate, will be used in this call.
Full proposals:
The deadline for full proposals will be in early April 2017. The exact date will be announced at a later stage and will be included in the invitation to submit full proposals.
The must be submitted to ANR only, thereby following the formal requirements of ANR.
