[CALL] Stanford University – Distinguished Visiting Austrian Chair Professorship

For a 6-month-visiting professorship at Stanford University.

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and the drastically decreased predictability in international mobility this has caused, the Stanford University together with the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs (bmeia) and the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research (bmbwf) have decided to postpone the next call for the 'Stanford University- Distinguished Visiting Austrian Chair' and respectively the visiting periods for one year. Therefore, the next call will be published in spring 2022 for the periods:

  • January - June 2025
  • January - June 2026
  • January - June 2027

Target group:

All scientists with a habilitation or comparable qualification and a valid employment contract at an Austrian university. From all disciplines represented at the Europe Center or one of the seven schools of Stanford University.
