The Christian Doppler Research Association funds CD laboratories that enable cooperation between science and industry. The maximum annual budget is € 800,000 for a maximum of 7 years.
The cooperations usually take the following form: The research group works on basic research that flows into the development of new products and processes at the company partner. During the entire cooperation there is a permanent exchange of knowledge, experience and questions between the partners.
