NIR-VIS-UV Micro-Spectrometer

Bruker VERTEX-8O FTIR-spectrometer with Hyperion-1000 IR-microscope. Equipped with additional light sources, beam splitters, and detectors to cover the UV-VIS-NIR-IR spectral region from ~36000 to 400 cm-1 (~2BO nm to 25 µm).
