FGGA Internal procedure:
For all researchers planning to apply for the APART-USA of the OeAW (see email below) to our faculty, please see the rules for the nomination procedure by the Rectorate as well as the APART-USA call site by the OeAW.
In addition, the following FGGA-internal rules apply for the nomination:
The Dean’s team has agreed to forward all formally correct submissions as nominations, that are submitted by 04.08.2025 to dekanat.fgga@univie.ac.at.
For each department, the nominations must be submitted collectively through the department leadership to dekanat.fgga@univie.ac.at, they should not be sent directly by the applicants!
These nominations must include the following:
- Tabular CV including list of publications
- Text explaining the nomination (max. 12 lines)
- Description of the resources of the institute/department for covering the 25% co-financing (max. 6 lines)
(For example: Blocking of a “Planstellen” position; Univ.-Ass. PostDoc Berufungszusage for the required duration after it becomes vacant.)
