The programme for Scientific & Technological Cooperation (WTZ) is carried out in the frame of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Austria and the Government of Montenegro on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of 10 June 2009 and funded by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research (BMBWF) and by the Ministry of Science and Technological Development of Montenegro.
