As part of the Gender and Diversity Initiative at the Faculty of Earth Sciences, Geography and Astronomy, this half-day workshop on the topic of (sexual) harassment and mobbing aims at raising awareness, identifying fields of action and developing ideas for initiatives and support at our Faculty and beyond.
The Faculty invites all staff members and student to
- inform themselves about definitions and regulations regarding harassment/bullying
- discuss and identify problem areas and fields of action at our Faculty
- create ideas how to tackle problems and
- share visions, suggestions, and recommendations for support and steps at our Faculty.
