April 2024

Until the end of March, all students of the Faculty of Earth Sciences, Geography and Astronomy were invited to submit their best photos related to their study programme - now it's the jury's turn! In addition to the three main prizes (1st place 300 euros, 2nd place 200 euros, 3rd place 100 euros), two special prizes on the topic of "Artificial Intelligence" will also be awarded this year. We can't wait to see which of the more than 100 impressive photos submitted will make it into the best "Snapshots of Exploration"...

Many thanks for more than 100 impressive "snapshots" submitted!

Great or exhausting excursions, long laboratory or coding days, your first day teaching internship or the most beautiful night sky: In the third FGGA photo competition, all bachelors', masters' and doctoral students at the Faculty of Earth Sciences, Geography and Astronomy were again invited to submit their best "Snapshots of Exploration" of their studies between 1st and 31st of March 2024.
